01 — 07

The Fear That Has Been
Running You
Since Childhood

The third great limiting belief

02 — 07

There is a fear so deep, so primal, that your brain treats it the same as a threat to your life.

I am different. I do not fit in.
I do not belong.
There is something about me that other people can see
that makes me less than.

03 — 07

When we feel different,
we cannot connect.

And connection is everything to the human mind.

This is not irrational. For our ancestors, being rejected by the tribe meant being cast out alone — and alone, you did not survive.

04 — 07

So your brain wired itself to treat rejection as a life or death situation.

That wiring is still in you.

Which is why rejection can feel absolutely devastating — even over something small.

05 — 07

This fear shows up everywhere

All of it tracing back to that one childhood conclusion

Staying quiet when you have something to say

Hiding parts of yourself to be accepted

Shrinking so others feel more comfortable

There must be something wrong with me.
I am different. I do not belong.

06 — 07

Here is the reframe.

Almost every person alive is afraid of being different.

Which makes you exactly the same as everyone else.

Your difference is not your flaw.
It is your proof of belonging.

07 — 07

Your difference
is not your flaw.
It is your proof
of belonging.
